Job Description
|
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their queries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Receive and unload merchandise shipments, checking them for accuracy and quality.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts, replenishing shelves, and identifying any discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, safety, and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in periodic stocktaking and reporting inventory levels to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
