Job Summary:
Looking for Admin cum Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
Carry out general administrative and clerical duties
Develop and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial and other data
Make sure office is quiet, neat and welcoming at all times
Arrange and file paperwork, documents as well as computer based information
Maintain office diaries and arrange appointments
Prepare letters as and when required
Generate and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Make sure proper billing processes are followed and accurate records are kept
Maintain stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Maintain cash files for the office expenses
Conduct clerical duties for example word processing, mail distribution, filing etc
Job Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
At least five years of experience in admin or secretarial work within the UAE
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be presentable and good looking
Only male candidates are required
The required candidate must be Indian
Strong knowledge in handling admin related issues
Expertise in Ms Office suite with good typing skills.
