o Greeting and seating customers
o Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
o Making menu item recommendations
o Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
o Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
o Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
o Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management if and when necessary
o Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area
o Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
o Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/barstaff
o Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
o Issue bills and accept payment
Qualifications
o Minimum 3 to 5 years Food & Beverage Marketing experience required, preferably in the UAE.
o Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
o Hands-on experience in cashier duties
o Attention to cleanliness and safety
o Patience and customer-oriented approach
o Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
o Responsible and trustworthy environment.
