Waiter / Waitress

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
• Arrange table settings as per the standard and maintain a clean dining area
• Offer menu recommendations upon request and up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Follow all the health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Good communication skills
