Job Title: Barista / Café Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient individual to join our coffee shop team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages (coffee, tea, juices) and food items (such as sandwiches and pastries), maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks
• Assemble and serve pre-made or freshly prepared sandwiches and snacks
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other food preparation equipment
• Handle cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, and equipment
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
