About the job

Whether you are on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the products journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Google Marketing team is responsible for marketing the companys exceptional product portfolio to end users, partners, and customers on a worldwide basis. Our approach is to embrace the strength of our products and pace of innovation to drive marketing programs that are as entrepreneurial, data-driven, and respectful of our users as Google itself. This role is pivotal in Google the MENA geo expansion plan, and is critical to drive adoption and usage of ad products amongst existing and new businesses.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will help established businesses take full advantage of everything digital has to offer to grow and position Google as a main strategic partner in this journey.

Responsibilities

  • Identify existing and new entry points for Google Ads in geo expansion markets and pilot new flows and channels.
  • Work with global channels and sales leads on research that will fuel the business and sign up growth.
  • Be able to map new user journeys for key customer segments.
  • Take ownership for maintaining Ads Marketing programs in geo expansion areas. Collect feedback on the offering cross-functionally, optimise programs, identify new segments, and opportunities driven by measurement results.
  • Launch, measure, and if successful scale pilots by liaising with Legal, Finance, Localization, regional Ads Marketing, and Sales teams.
