Nanny

We are actively looking for experienced nannies to become part of our team in Dubai. We are specifically interested in candidates who have a strong background in working with European families, as it is important to understand and respect their cultural norms and values. Effective communication in English is essential for this role. Our ideal candidates should have a high level of comfort and proficiency in caring for children of all ages, including kids, small children, and babies. Flexibility in working hours is mandatory, as the position entails both stay-in and stay-out arrangements.

What You Will Do:

• Provide attentive and high-quality care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and outings.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including their personal belongings and play areas.
• Collaborate with parents to establish and implement routines and schedules.

What Makes You Shine:

• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience, preferably with European families
• Fluency in English, additional European languages a plus
• Patient, nurturing, and engaging personality
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
• First aid and child safety certification preferred
