Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Understand client needs, preferences, and financial goals to provide tailored advice
- Conduct market research to determine accurate property valuations
- Advise clients on competitive pricing strategies
- Assist sellers with property preparation and listings
- Create and manage marketing materials (listings, photos, virtual tours)
- Promote properties across multiple marketing channels and portals
- Identify suitable properties for buyers based on their criteria
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate terms to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Prepare and review contracts and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Build and maintain a strong professional network
- Keep clients informed on market trends and transaction processes
- Manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently
- Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations

Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai or planning to relocate
- Valid drivers license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
